How long do I have to be a deserter if I leave a Cartel during War or War Search?

Tilting Point Support -

If you left your Cartel during a War or War Search, you are deemed to be a deserter. As a punishment, you will not be able to enter another Cartel for at least 48 hours after abandoning your post.
