Why are bubbles not clearing?

If you have removed all debris around, but bubbles are not clearing further, go to the quests section and continue to complete them until this location is unlocked for further advancement. Use the hint by clicking on the magnifying glass.

Also, check if there is any debris left around bubbles, removing which you can continue on your way.
