- delete the app;
- make sure you have enough space on your device;
- install the game from your device default app store;
- restart your device BEFORE opening the app
- once your device has been restarted, open the app.

Did you have an opportunity to play the game? What is the device you're using to play? Have you received any error messages? If yes, what was the error message text / code?
