If you didn't receive Coins that you purchased, close the game and restart your device to see if they appear after that.

If you accidentally purchased Coins, you will need to contact iTunes support directly to get a refund. The easiest way to do this is click "report a problem" on the iTunes receipt. You can also reach iTunes support using this link:  https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action
