I made a purchase and did not receive it. Help!

If you made a purchase in Photo Finish and did not receive the items, we can help!

When you contact us, please include the following information:
  • Item(s) Purchased (name of bundle and/or amount)
  • Screenshot or copied receipt information, including confirmation number
  • Email address of your Google Play account
With all of this, we can verify the purchase and credit your account with the missing items OR process a refund for you via Google Play.
