I made a purchase and did not receive it. Help!

If you made a purchase in Photo Finish and did not receive the items, we can help!

When you contact us, please include the following information:
  • Item(s) Purchased (name of bundle and/or amount)
  • Screenshot or copied receipt information
With all of this, we can verify the purchase and credit your account with the missing items.

If you are playing on iOS and would like a refund instead, we can instruct you how to receive a refund from the App Store by contacting Apple Support.

If you are playing on Android and would like a refund instead, please let us know and we can process that request directly.
