What is the Collection event and how can I participate?

In the M&M'S Character Collection Events, depending on the character, you'll have to either collect that character's color M&M'S or that character's color Piñata.

You can collect these by playing levels, but remember that you'll always have to collect more than before to achieve the next objective.
