My game crashed, what should I do?

In general, freezing or lagging may occur when there is insufficient memory, connection issues or conflicts with other apps running at the same time. If you're experiencing these issues, please try performing the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Confirm that you have the latest update for the game
  • Check your device's internet connection by attempting to play the game connected to WiFi and a mobile network if possible
  • Restart your device
  • Force close any other apps that are open
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
    • Please note that uninstalling and reinstalling the game could result in losing progress if your game isn't linked to your Facebook account
  • Make sure that you are on the most recent OS version for your device
