How do we change our Cartel's region?

A Cartel's region depends on the Capo's device region.

The fastest way to change your Cartel's region is:

1. Find a trusted player in the Cartel who's device is in the desired region.
2. Make them Capo of the Cartel.
3. Change the Cartel's region to the new Capo's.
4. Return the title of Capo to the Cartel's original one.
