First, open up the purchase dialog again and wait 30 seconds. This may add the missing credits to your game. You may have to tap the button again - this will grant the credits instantly, and should NEVER pop up another prompt to purchase.
If that doesn't work, please contact us in-game by using the "Contact Us" button. Fill out the information (please include the amount you paid and the total credits purchased) and then send it along to us. The more detail you provide, the quicker we can assist you!
- For Android purchases, please forward the receipt email from the Google Play Store. The subject of the email will read: "Your Google Play Order Receipt from XX/XX/XXXX."
- For iOS purchases, please forward the receipt email from the Apple Store. The subject of the email will read "Your receipt no. XXXXXXXXXX."
