If you didn't receive Coins that you purchased, close the game and restart your device to see if they appear after that.
If you accidentally purchased Coins, you will need to contact iTunes support directly to get a refund. The easiest way to do this is click "report a problem" on the iTunes receipt. You can also reach iTunes support using this link:

If you did not receive Coins you purchased or you made an accidental purchase, you can contact our support team using the button in the top right. Please include the email address tied to your Google Play account and the confirmation number from the email receipt.
