If you still haven't received your hard-earned rewards from one of the Gem Tasks, please complete the following steps to reach out for help:
- Go to the Gem Tasks from the main screen
- Tap on the "In Progress" tab
- Select the specific offer you haven't received the rewards for
- Tap on the support link at the bottom of the offer screen (the link should say "Missing Gems?")
- Follow the steps provided on that screen
- Any messaging you send regarding your offer should include the following information:
- A screenshot of the objective you completed, but didn't receive the rewards for
- Your App Key (Listed in the Contact Us screen)
- Your User ID (Listed in the Contact Us screen)
If you're still experiencing an issue with your offer after the above steps, please follow these steps:
- Tap on the three dots on the top left of the "Earn Gems" screen
- Tap on "Contact Us"
- Open your email app of choice and send an email to the following email address: mobile-customersupport@ironsrc.com describing your issue (this address should be shown on the "Contact Us" page as well)
