What are Strike Orders?

You'll want to attack Enemy Outposts before the opponent Cartel Compound to obtain materials used to craft Strike Orders. These allow to make attempts to destroy your opponent Cartel Compound. Cartel Compound is a strongly defended base and can take multiple users' attacks before it's destroyed.
