Why can't I open more territories on my map?

Double check that you have the required amount of Cash needed to open the territory you wish to expand into. Different sections of the Global Map cost different amounts of Cash to unlock!

As you open new territories, more adjacent ones will become available for exploring. Open lots of areas to increase your opportunities!
