How does Cover work?

Cover will protect enemies from damage until it is destroyed, or by lowering their Morale. By using skills that lower Morale, you’ll bypass the Cover and do damage to your enemies. You can also simply attack the Cover until its Health Points (HP) reach 0. This will destroy it and allow you to damage the enemy directly.
