Please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Force close any other background apps and programs.
- If you're on a wireless network, move as close as possible to the source of the connection to ensure you have the strongest signal.
- Make sure your router is in the most optimal location, ideally placed away from large electrical appliances, such as televisions and microwaves. We recommend moving it away from walls and other obstructions or placing it higher up to avoid furniture and other large objects as well.
